Dr Natalie Thurston

Natalie is a UK and Australian trained specialist anaesthetist, joining Stace Anaesthetists in 2023. She completed her post-graduate medical education at the University of Southampton in the UK and initial anaesthetic training in Dorset, then emigrated to Australia in 2014, where she worked in intensive care training at the Royal Adelaide Hospital before returning to anaesthesia in 2016.

She completed her anaesthesia training through the South Australian and Northern Territory Anaesthesia Training Scheme, including a year at the Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) in Perth. She completed her fellowships in Hepatobiliary and Upper GI Anaesthesia at FSH and Hepatobiliary and Liver Transplant Anaesthesia at Flinders Medical Centre (FMC).

Natalie works as a staff specialist at Flinders Medical Centre, and is experienced in providing anaesthesia for a range of surgical sub-specialities.
